Sims 4 Studio updates today with a Windows version that begins to reconcile the code of Appleseed (Mac) and Jackpot (Windows) and is compatible with Blender 2.78. It goes perfectly with the EA mattress-free frames that Annachibi made and with any other footprint-free mattress-free bedframe.
The Sophia Selectables frame-free mattress has 12 swatches and is free to recolor and share at will. This is sort of a factual issue so you should be aware of it. When the Sophia Selectables mattress is used with a mattress-free frame that has no footprint Sims will walk around the bed the same way they do with a normal EA bed. The Sophia Selectables mattress has a standard bed footprint on it and has since it was updated it back in March when Sims 4 Studio introduced Design Tool compatibility to Sims 4.Īt that time, since it was easier to put the footprint back on the mattress to go with the frame set made by Annachibi rather than have her take them off the many frames she made that’s what was done when both creators updated to allow design tool compatibility for the items. This misapprehension goes something along the line of the separated bedding by Orangemittens allows Sims to walk through it when it’s placed on a frame with no footprint. It appears that there is a misapprehension about the Sophia Selectables separated bedding available at Sims 4 Studio forums.
